Episode 17: The Key to His Heart

“That they may be one!” Could this be the deepest cry of God’s heart?

We may call the prayer in Matthew 6 “The Lord’s Prayer” but that is not necessarily an accurate description. It is a model prayer. Really, John 17 is the Lord’s prayer–it is the prayer Jesus actually prayed for Himself and for us.

About 18 years ago I had an encounter with the Lord that gave me a deeper glimpse into His heart for unity. That encounter ultimately led to writing a book called, “The Key to His Heart.” Although the book was written more than a decade ago, parts of it are more relevant for today than when it was written.
